Gratitude Prayers:

The following are suggested ways to assist you in the initial use of your Thank You Gratitude Prayer Beads.

Hold the beads in your hand and place your fingers on the symbol at the beginning of the introductory beads and think of what you are grateful for. Move your fingers to the first bead and be thankful for what you are thinking of. Move on to the next bead and be thankful for the next thought.

There is no right or wrong way to pray. Have a conversation of gratitude and use the beads as a guide for you to focus and begin a conversation of gratitude.

Give thanks when you arise in the morning, give thanks for the morning light. Give thanks for your life and strength. Give thanks for your food and give thanks for the joy of living.
